PLANT:
- Tephrocactus articulatus var. strobiliformis is a unique, slow-growing cactus known for its segmented, pinecone-like stems. Each segment is covered in small, papery spines, giving it an unusual texture. Native to Argentina, this cactus is highly drought-tolerant and thrives in arid conditions. The segments can detach easily and root on their own, making propagation simple. In the right conditions, it produces delicate white flowers in the spring.
