PART 1: CREATE THE CERAMIC POT🏺

Sunday 20 October 2024 (12:00 - 14:00)
In this session, you’ll shape and design your own ceramic planter from scratch. Using provided materials, you’ll explore various techniques to add texture and detail from nature. Afterward, your creation will be fired in the kiln to ensure durability and a professional finish, which is why there’s a two-week gap before the next session.

PART 2: PLANT IT🌵

Sunday 3 November 2024 (12:00 - 14:00)
With your ceramic pot now fired and ready, it’s time to bring it to life! In this session, you’ll receive all the materials needed to plant a succulent or cactus. We’ll guide you through selecting the right soil and techniques for planting, ensuring your plant thrives in its new ceramic home. All materials are included, so you’ll leave with a beautiful handmade Planted Ceramic piece.

Location: Neraw Planted Ceramics Studio, Frearion 18 Votanikos.

Ceramic Techniques

Learn a variety of techniques, including hand-building, sculpting to create your unique ceramic pot.

Ceramic Materials

We provide all different clay types, including stoneware, terracotta, and white clay, to find your perfect medium.

Kiln

All your finished ceramic pieces are fired in our professional kiln at a high temperature up to 1250°C for up to 11 hours to ensure durability and a long-lasting finish.

Tools

We provide all the necessary ceramic and plant tools to help you bring your creative vision to life.

About us

WE CREATE THE INNOVATIVE "PLANTED CERAMICS"
Each plant finds its home in a handcrafted ceramic piece, forming a sculptural composition.

Our creations is a result of the collaboration between the two founders, Konstantinos and George.
Konstantinos poured all his love and knowledge of plants into each creation, while George contributed his talent, imagination, and artistic technique in the realm of design and ceramics.
